This Sunday we share with you one of the easiest ways to stay healthy and relatively germ-free: Handwashing. It’s simple, easy and common sense approach to keep that one part of your body clean, especially since we use our hands for EVERYTHING! Plus, handwashing is one of the most powerful ways to prevent the spread of communicable disease. And did you know, hand washing absolves the mind of guilt and erases doubts about everyday choices? Remember, water alone does not keep the germs away, soap is an integral part of the process too.
