A very simple concept that goes a long way to lend a helping hand to those in our community who need it. Every ONE Can is a grocery warehouse sale with a difference. Patrons can shop all they want at wholesale prices, but first, they must make a purchase for donation.
“JOY IN A BUNDLE” – an initiative launched by The Food Bank Singapore in 2013 – provides donors an opportunity to purchase food hampers for low-income families. Each hamper contains a balanced mix of carbohydrates, vegetables, oils and protein. Joy in a Bundle comes in three size options.

This is how it works:

• Join us on Saturday 24 May from 10am – 3pm at GroXers.com to purchase a Food Bundle for donation to The Food Bank Singapore. The bundles come in 3 sizes: SMALL ($10), MEDIUM ($30) and LARGE ($50). We are targeting to raise 1000 bundles that will be nicely packed and delivered to those in need.
• You get to shop at our grocery sale, and enjoy selected products at warehouse prices, courtesy of GroXers.com!
• If you can’t come down for the event, you can still show your support by going online to purchase the food bundles for donation from 8 – 31 May.

We will also be putting up our ONEderful Pop up Store, where we hope to raise funds to support our on going campaign of Making Poverty History and creating The World We Want. The ONEderful Pop up Store offers some awesome curated brand new and vintage items.

So come down for a fun-filled discounted grocery shopping experience. You can stock your own cupboards as well as support the good work done by our beneficiaries.  In addition, we’ll also have stalls from other charities and social enterprises with great gifts for sale.

A Food Bank is a place where companies or people can come to deposit / donate their unused or unwanted foods which will then be collected and allocated to the Needy via various channels through VWOS, Charities, Soup Kitchens etc…
